Shipped from Germany. From the outside, a parcel like any other.
Every shipment leaves our warehouse in Germany. The packaging carries no reference to the contents, the substance class or the brand — neither on the outside nor in the address field. Neutral packaging is standard practice when shipping chemicals: it prevents conclusions about the contents and lowers the risk during transport and interim storage. All items are research chemicals and are intended exclusively for laboratory and research purposes. We deliver to Germany and to EU countries, not to non-EU countries.
PACKAGING
What is on the outside says nothing about the inside.
No print, no branding, no product designation.
We use neutral outer cartons without a logo and tape without printing. The shipping label shows only the company's sender address — no product details and no reference to laboratory supplies.
Outer carton
Unprinted carton, neutral tape. From the outside indistinguishable from any other consignment of goods.
Sender
KILUK Peptides, [INSERT BUSINESS ADDRESS]. No brand name and no industry designation on the label.
Inner packaging
Vials are individually secured and cushioned. Lyophilised material is packed dry and protected from light.
Transport
Lyophilisates are stable at ambient temperature over the shipping period. Shipping takes place without a cold chain and with short transit times.
Documents
The delivery note is enclosed in a sealed envelope. You receive the invoice by email.
PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIME
Payment received first, then shipping.
Picked on working days. Time figures are non-binding guide values.
We start picking as soon as the payment has been credited to us. Before that, nothing is packed and nothing is reserved. As soon as the parcel has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you receive the tracking number by email.
Payment deadline
The payment deadline is 7 calendar days from the order. If no payment is received by then, the order is cancelled.
Receipt of payment
With a bank transfer, one to two banking days usually pass between the order and the credit entry. Processing begins after that.
Shipping days
We hand over parcels on working days. Orders placed from Friday evening through Sunday go out on the following working day.
Tracking number
Sent automatically by email as soon as the label has been created and the parcel handed over. If in doubt, check your spam folder.
Transit times
Within Germany, delivery usually takes one to two working days, within the EU two to five. These figures come from the service provider, are non-binding and are not a guaranteed characteristic (zugesicherte Eigenschaft).
SHIPPING COSTS
Currently free of shipping costs.
Germany-wide, no minimum order value, until revoked.
For as long as the promotion runs, shipping costs are waived for all orders with a delivery address in Germany. The amount is shown in the cart as €0.00 — you always see the full final amount before completing the order.
Germany
Normally €4.90 including 19% value added tax (Umsatzsteuer). Currently €0.00.
EU
Normally €12.90 including value added tax. The applicable rate is shown at checkout.
Price information
All prices include 19% value added tax (Umsatzsteuer). Where goods are offered by weight or volume, the unit price per unit of measurement (Grundpreis) is stated in addition. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed.
Period of validity
The promotion applies until revoked. The amount shown in the cart at the time of the order is decisive.
DELIVERY AREA
Germany and the EU.
No shipping to non-EU countries. You check what is permitted at the destination before ordering.
We ship from Germany to Germany and to EU countries to which delivery is permitted. We cannot serve addresses outside the EU. Within the EU, no customs duties and no import value added tax apply for the recipient. Individual member states nevertheless regulate the handling of certain substances differently. Whether a substance may be obtained and stored at the destination is governed by the law of the destination country. This check lies with the person placing the order and cannot be carried out by us. All products are research chemicals for laboratory and research purposes. Not for human or animal consumption. No application recommendation, no dosage information, not a medicinal product and not a food.
Destination countries
The EU countries we currently supply are shown at checkout. We cannot serve addresses outside this selection.
National requirements
Admissibility, authorisation requirements and notification obligations in the destination country lie with the person placing the order.
Duties and taxes
Within the EU, no customs duties and no import value added tax (Einfuhrumsatzsteuer) apply for the recipient. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount.
Returned shipments
If a shipment is sent back because the address was undeliverable or acceptance was refused, we contact you by email to clarify. The cost of a renewed delivery is borne by the person placing the order.
